【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesspecifiedtypesofacceptancetestsforrotarypositivedisplacementpumpsforapplicationsotherthanfluidpower,excludingprogressingcavityandperistaltictypepumps.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothetestingofpumpswithandwithoutdrivers.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversaselectionofteststoestablishauniformdemonstrationofthepump'sabilitytoperformsatisfactorily.Itdoesnot,however,coverallteststhatmaybeneededforparticularpumptypesorapplications,e.g.testsforhazardousliquidsorsingleshaftmultiplepumpunits.Furthermore,itdoesnotcoveranynoiseandvibrationtests,primingtestsnoranyhydrostaticpressuretests.SomepumptypeswithintegralreliefvalvesmayrequiremoreextensivereliefvalveteststhandescribedinthisEuropeanStandard.Fordosingandmeteringapplications,furtherteststodemonstratethedosingandmeteringabilitiesofthepumpsmaybenecessary.NOTEExtrapolationoftestresultstonon-testedpumpsisnotdescribedinthisEuropeanStandard.Suchextrapolationcouldbemadeformass-producedpumpswithreferencetopertinentqualityassurancemethodsandstandards.

【摘要】:ThisSAERecommendedPracticecoversthemechanicalandqualityrequirementsforsteeltappingscrewsusedinautomotiveandrelatedindustries.Itdoesnotapplytocorrosionresistant(stainless)steelscrews.(DimensionalrequirementsformosttypesofscrewsmentionedhereinarecoveredinSAEJ478.)Theprimaryobjectiveofthespecificationistoinsurethatscrewsformorcutmatingthreadsinmaterialsofconstructionintowhichtheyarenormallydriven,withoutdeformingtheirownthreadandwithoutbreakingduringassemblyorservice.NOTE:Certainlimitationsonbasicmaterialandmanufacturingprocesseshavebeenincorporatedbecausethesizeandconfigurationofthepartsunderconsiderationmakethemvulnerabletorelativelysmallvariationsinchemistry,heattreatment,etc.,andbecauseexperiencehasshownthatinprocessingitisdifficulttokeepthesevariablesconsistently"inbalance."Untilimprovedperformancetestsaredeveloped,theselimitationswillsupplementthe"performance"featuresofthespecification.
