【摘要】:Thisclauseofpart1isreplacedby:Thisstandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialkitchenmachinesnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsinglephaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutral,and480Vforotherappliances.Thisstandardalsodealswithhygieneandacousticalnoise(seeannexZAA).NOTE1ExamplesofkitchenmachinesarelistedinannexZAA.NOTE2heseappliancesareused,forexample,inkitchenssuchasinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butchers,etc.Thisstandardalsoappliestoapplianceswhich,inordertofacilitatetransport,aresuppliedinseveralparts(subassemblies)which,whenassembledattheplaceofinstallation,formaconstructionalunitwithouttheuseofanyadditionalparts.TextdeletedNOTE3Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-forappliancesintendedtobeusedintropicalcountries,specialrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;-independentconveyingequipment,suchasfooddistributionbelts.
