【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatedtosafety,includingmethodsofratingandtestingroundslingsupto40tonnesworkingloadlimit(instraightlift)andtwo-,three-,andfour-legroundslingassemblies,withorwithoutfittings,madeofpolyamide,polyesterandpolypropylene.TheroundslingscoveredbythisPartofEN1492areintendedforgeneralpurposeliftingoperations,i.e.whenusedforliftingobjects,materialsorgoodswhichrequirenodeviationsfromtherequirements,safetyfactorsorWLL'sspecified.Liftingoperationsnotcoveredbythisstandardincludetheliftingofpersons,potentiallydangerousmaterialssuchasmoltenmetalandacids,glasssheets,fissilematerials,nuclearreactorsandwherespecialconditionsapply.RoundslingsconformingtothisEuropeanStandardaresuitableforuseandstorageinthefollowingtemperatureranges:a)polyesterandpolyamide:-40~Cto100~C,b)polypropylene:-40~Cto80~CThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothetypesofroundslingindicatedbelow:a)roundslingsdesignedforsecuringorlashingofcargoestoeachotheronpalletsandplatformsorinvehicles;b)slingsoftubularwebbingwithoutfilling.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheuseofroundslingswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththeinstructionsandspecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorauthorizedrepresentative.
