【摘要】:Thisstandard:1)definestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomassesandbrakingconditions;2)givesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithoutsideaxlejournals;3)specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculationsforsteelgradeEA1NdefinedinEN13261;4)describesthemethodfordeterminationofthemaximumpermissiblestressesforothersteelgrades;5)determinesthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxleandrecommendsthepreferredshapesandtransitionstoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:6)solidandhollowaxlesofrailwayrollingstockusedforthetransportationofpassengersandfreight;7)axlesdefinedinEN13261;8)allgauges3.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalEuropeanconditions.Beforeusingthisstandard,ifthereisanydoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeappliedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining/levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothisstandardonlyfortheloadcasesoffree-runningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoworkloadcases.Theyarecalculatedseparately.Forlightrailandtramwayapplications,otherstandardsordocumentsagreedbetweenthecustomerandsuppliermaybeapplied.Non-poweredaxlesofmotorbogiesandlocomotivesareanalysedaccordingtotherequirementsofEN13104.
