【摘要】:Theprocedureinthistestmethodisusedtoevaluatetheactivityofatestreagent(antimicrobialagent/activeingredient)orformulationinthereductionorcompletekillofthebacterialpopulationinfabricandwashwaterfollowingasinglewash.1.1Thistestmethodisdesignedtoevaluatesanitizing/disinfectantlaundrydetergents/additivesforuseintop-loadingautomaticclotheswashingoperations.Thistestmethodisdesignedpredominantlytoprovidetestingwithrepresentativevegetativebacteriabutcanalsobedesignedtoaccommodatethetestingoffungiandviruses.Note18212;Thistestmethoddoesnotevaluatesanitizing/disinfectantlaundrydetergent/additivesforuseinfront-loading,lowwatervolumeautomaticclotheswashingoperations.1.2Knowledgeofmicrobiologicaltechniquesisrequiredfortheseprocedures.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Note28212;Inthismethod,metricunitsareusedforallapplications,exceptfordistanceinwhichcaseinchesareused.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
