【摘要】:ThispartofEN1636specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromglass-reinforcedthermosettingplasticspipesormouldedbasedonunsaturatedpolyesterresin(GRP-UP)intendedtobeusedfornon-pressuredrainageandsewerage.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.Itisapplicabletofittingsintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofsurfacewaterorsewage,belowground,outsidebuildings,attemperaturesupto50℃.NOTE1:PipingsystemsconformingtoEN1636canalsobeusedforabovegroundapplicationsprovidedtheinfluenceoftheenvironmentandthesupportsisconsideredinthedesignofthepipesandjoints.Thisstandardspecifiesthedimensionalandperformancerequirementsforbends,branches,reducers,saddlesandflangedadaptorsmadefromGRP-UP,withorwithoutthermoplasticliners.NOTE2:WhenspecifyingtheuseofductileironfittingswithGRPpipescareshouldbetakentoensuretheircompatibilitywiththeGRPpipe.Thisstandardisapplicabletofittingsfabricatedfromstraightpipeormouldedbyfilamentortapewinding,orbyusinghandlay-uporcontactmouldingorhotorcoldpressmoulding.NOTE3:TheperformancerequirementsforvarioustypesofGRPjointsaregiveninEN1636-5.
