【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationoftheflowabilityoffibre-reinforcedthermosettingmouldingcompoundsandprepregs.Themethodsapplytoallfibre-reinforcedthermosettingmouldingcompoundsanddifferinthetestconditionsandtheapparatusrequired.Themethodsmaybeusedtoassesstheinfluenceofindividualcomponentsofthemouldingcompoundonthemouldingbehaviourbydeterminingtheflowabilityofthecompound.Theyarealsosuitableforqualitycontrolpurposes,aswellasthedevelopmentofmouldingcompoundformulations.Themajorfieldofapplicationiswithmouldingcompoundsbasedonunsaturatedpolyester(UP)resins.MethodIisaflowabilitytestcarriedoutatroomtemperature.Conductingthetestatroomtemperaturereducestheeffectontheresultsofchangesisthetemperatureofthemouldingcompoundduringthetest.MethodIIisaflowabilitytestcarriedoutundercommonlyusedmouldingconditions.Inaddition,theplateproducedmaybeusedforfurthertesting.
