【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssteelsheet,incoilsandcutlengths,metallic-coatedbythehot-dipprocess,withzinc-5%aluminumalloycoating.TheZn-5Alalloycoatingalsocontainssmallamountsofelementsotherthanzincandaluminumthatareintendedtoimproveprocessingandthecharacteristicsofthecoatedproduct.1.2Thecoatingisproducedastwotypes:zinc-5%aluminum-mischmetalalloy(TypeI)andzinc-5%aluminum-0.1%magnesiumalloy(TypeII),andintwocoatingstructures(classes).Thecoatedsheetisproducedinseveralcoatingdesignations(coatingweight[mass]).1.3Thematerialisintendedforapplicationsrequiringcorrosionresistance,formability,andpaintability.1.4Thesteelsheetisproducedinanumberofdesignations,types,grades,andclassesdesignedtobecompatiblewithdifferingapplicationrequirements.1.5CoatedsheetmaterialfurnishedunderthisspecificationshallconformtotheapplicablerequirementsofthelatestissueofSpecificationA924/A924M,unlessotherwiseprovidedherein.1.6Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes,excludingtablesandfigures,shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisspecification.1.7Thisspecificationisapplicabletoordersineitherinch-poundunits(asA875)ormetric(SI)units[asA875M].Valuesininch-poundandSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents.Therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.1.8Unlesstheorderspecifiesthex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.1.9Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
