【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000providesabasicdescriptionofthemethodsandmeans(e.g.,instrumentation)formeasuringresponsesarisingfromhigh-powertransientelectromagneticparameters.Theseresponsescaninclude:-theelectric(E)and/ormagnetic(H)fields(e.g.,incidentfieldsorincidentplusscatteredfieldswithinasystemundertest);-thecurrent/(e.g.,inducedbyatransientfieldorwithinasystemundertest);-thevoltageV(e.g.,inducedbyatransientfieldorwithinasystemundertest);-thechargeQinducedonacableorotherconductor.NOTEThechargeOontheconductorisafundamentalquantitythatcanbedefinedatanyfrequency.ThevoltageV,however,isadefined(e.g.,secondary)quantity,whichisvalidonlyatlowfrequencies.Athighfrequencies,thevoltagecannotbedefinedasthelineintegraloftheE-field,sincethisintegralispath-dependent.Thus,forveryfastrisingpulses(havingalargehigh-frequencyspectralcontent)theuseofthevoltageasameasurementobservableisnotvalid.Inthiscase,thechargeisthedesiredquantitytobemeasured.Thesemeasuredquantitiesaregenerallycomplicatedtime-dependentwaveforms,whichcanbedescribedapproximatelybyseveralscalarparameters,or"observables".Theseparametersinclude:-thepeakamplitudeoftheresponse,-thewaveformrise-time,-thewaveformfall-time(orduration),-thepulsewidth,and-mathematicallydefinednormsobtainedfromthewaveform.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesinformationonthemeasurementofthesewaveformsandonthemathematicaldeterminationofthecharacterizingparameters.Itdoesnotprovideinformationonspecificlevelrequirementsfortesting.
