【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthemappingfunctionsinexchangesofPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworks(PISNs)requiredfortheutilizationofscenariosinwhich64kbit/scircuitmodeconnectionsaresub-multiplexedintoone16kbit/schannelforcarryinginter-PINXsignallingand6x8kbit/schannelsforcarryinginter-PINXuserinformation.NOTE1-ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenpreparedtomeetthespecificneedsofanapplicationforaparticularuserorganisation.However,itmayalsobeapplicableelsewhere.InordertoconnectaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworkExchange(PINX)toanotherPINX,mappingfunctionsarerequiredtoadaptthespecificinterfacesattheCreferencepointtotheapplicationattheQreferencepoint.Assuch,mappingfunctionsprovideforphysicaladaptationtotheinterfaceattheCreferencepoint.MappingfunctionsalsoprovideforthemappingofuserchannelsandsignallinginformationattheQreferencepointtotheappropriatechannelsortimeslotsattheCreferencepoint.TheCandQreferencepointsaredefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ThetypeofinterfaceattheCreferencepointcoveredbythisInternationalStandardisthe64kbit/sUnrestrictedDigitalLeasedLine(D64U)TerminalEquipmentInterface,inaccordancewithITU-TRec.G.703.AttheQreferencepointthemappingprovidesan8kbit/sserviceforuserchannelstosupportthetransferofunrestricteddigitalinformationandtosupportthetransferofspeech,anda16kbit/spacketmodeserviceforthesignallingchannel.Theappliedmappingisastaticmapping,i.e.thereisafixedrelationshipbetweenuserandsignallingchannelsattheQreferencepointandtheinterfaceattheCreferencepoint.ManagementfunctionsrelatingtofailuremanagementareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXsthatcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN)andthatsupportsignallingprotocolsattheQreferencepoint.
